In order to fix this issue Try these steps

1. Do a right click on the windows icon , when on desktop screen
2. Choose run option
3. Type msconfig in the run box and click on ok button
4. Click on General tab , Check the selective start up and uncheck the load startup items
5. Click on services tab , look at bottom left corner and check the box for hide all microsoft services
6. Look on bottom right corner and click on disable all , then click on apply and then ok
7. Click on restart your System
