Windows Won't Shutdown completely

Windows won't shut down even after clicking on shutdown option

Follow these steps in-order to resolve these problems

1. Type Power option in the search box .

2. Click on the Power option and look on the left side you will see "Choose what the power button do"

3. Click on the option "choose what the power button do" and then look below for shutdown settings . We believe that option are grayed out that means you will not be able to change any settings there.

4. Now look above on the same page and you will find change settings that are currently unavailable with a shield icon in front of it.

5. Once you click on that setting" change settings that are currently unavailable" you will see that shutdown settings are available now , you will have access to change the settings.

6. Uncheck the first setting which is Turn on fast start up.

7. Below on the same page you will find Save changes button. once you click on the button "Save changes" settings will be saved .
