Windows Won't Shutdown completely

Windows won't shut down even after clicking on shutdown option Follow these steps in-order to resolve these problems 1. Type Power option in the search box . 2. Click on the Power option and look on the left side you will see " Choose what the power button do " 3. Click on the option " choose what the power button do " and then look below for shutdown settings . We believe that option are grayed out that means you will not be able to change any settings there. 4. Now look above on the same page and you will find change settings that are currently unavailable with a shield icon in front of it. 5. Do a right click on the  windows  icon , when on desktop screen 2. Choose  run  option 3. Type  msconfig  in the run box and click on ok button 4. Click on  General  tab , Check the  selective start up  and uncheck the  load startup items 5. Click on  services  tab , look at bottom left corner and check the box for  hide all microsoft services 6. Look on bottom right corner and click on  disable all  , then click on apply and then ok 7.
