Windows won't shut down even after clicking on shutdown option Follow these steps in-order to resolve these problems 1. Type Power option in the search box . 2. Click on the Power option and look on the left side you will see " Choose what the power button do " 3. Click on the option " choose what the power button do " and then look below for shutdown settings .
